Chief Executive Officer (CEO)\n* **Hours:** Part-time — approximately 1.25 days per week\n* **Role Summary:** The CEO provides strategic leadership for the charity, oversees financial governance, and represents Latifi Hands externally. The postholder reports to the Board of Trustees and line manages the two Director roles.\n\n#### 2. Director of Strategy and Global Operations\n* **Hours:** Part-time — approximately 2.5 days per week\n* **Role Summary:** This is the most operationally wide-ranging of the three roles. The postholder will build the charity's internal systems, manage international programmes in England and Bangladesh, run communications, and coordinate volunteers. You will report to the CEO.\n\n#### 3. Director of Fundraising\n* **Hours:** Part-time — approximately 1.25 days per week\n* **Role Summary:** This role leads the charity's fundraising across Zakat and Sadaqah programmes, grants, Zakat funds, foundations, individual giving, and community appeals.
